3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is generally 2–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your city, courier service, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders across Pakistan. Please ensure that your contact number and delivery address are correct when placing an order.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

6. Order Confirmation

Our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

7. Delivery Delays

While we work to ensure timely delivery, Zarqira is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Zarqira cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
